Many times, we have enough problems in our lives, that we don’t need people around us putting us down and ignoring us.

One of the things you will not find in heaven is

Not being loved:

Lea experienced this with Jacob, who loved Rachel. She thought that by giving Jacob all those sons Jacob would love her more;

Genesis 29:32 “Leah conceived and gave birth to a son, whom she named Reuven [see, a son!], for she said, “It is because ADONAI has seen how humiliated I have been, but now my husband will love me.”

What to do?

She turned her focus to the Lord:

Genesis 29:35 “She conceived yet again, had a son and said, “This time I will praise ADONAI”; therefore, she named him Yehudah [praise]. Then she stopped having children.”

Matthew 6:33-34 “But seek first his Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. 34 Don’t worry about tomorrow for tomorrow will worry about itself! Today has enough problems already!”
