How to Overcome Unbelief Part 5

Acts 7:51-53 “Stiffnecked people,[q] with uncircumcised hearts and ears![r] You continually oppose the Ruach HaKodesh![s] You do the same things your fathers did! 52 Which of the prophets did your fathers not persecute? They killed those who told in advance about the coming of the Tzaddik, and now you have become his betrayers and murderers! — 53 you! — who receive the Torah as having been delivered by angels — but do not keep it!” CJB

Unbelief is being stubborn. It is the opposite of the truth of Torah in Yeshua the Messiah. According, to the Webster dictionary, a stubborn person only wants to do what they want and nothing else.

Some things to do to overcome Unbelief:

There was a man who was continuously persecuted by his enemies, especially persecuted by a king. What did he do?

King David had hope

9: Hope

Psalms 25:4-5 “Make me know your ways, Adonai, teach me your paths. 5 Guide me in your truth, and teach me; for you are the God who saves me, my hope is in you all day long.” CJB

There was a man who was very proud, and Elohim turned him into an animal; the man afterward Submitted and knew that Elohim was God.

10: Humble yourself

Daniel 4:31“When this period was over, I, N’vukhadnetzar, lifted my eyes toward heaven, and my understanding came back to me. I blessed the Most High, I praised and gave honor to him who lives forever.” CJB

James 4:10 “Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up.” CJB
