In this world, there is so much lie a deception, that if we are not careful, we can fall into them and many times, fall into oppression.

One of the things you will not find in heaven is

Deception and Lies:

Jacob lied to his father and was lied to so many times by Laban his father-in-law, that he was tired of it and decided to depart ways.

Genesis 31:7 “and that your father has belittled me and has changed my wages ten times; but God did not allow him to do me any damage.” CJB

Think about the many people who were deceived in the rebellion of Korah because they believed him.

Exodus 16:1-2, 33,35 “Now Korah the son of Izhar, son of Kohath, son of Levi, and Dathan and Abiram the sons of Eliab, and On the son of Peleth, sons of Reuben, took men. 2 And they rose up before Moses, well-known men. And the earth opened its mouth and swallowed them up, with their households and all the people who belonged to Korah and all their goods. 33 So they they perished. 35 And fire came out from the LORD and consumed the 250 men offering the incense.

Think about the lie of the soldiers concerning Yeshua the Messiah, that many people are deceived about who He really is.  He is the Messiah the son of the living God of Israel.

Matthew 28:12-13, 15 “The chief priests gave the soldiers a large sum of money, 13 telling them, “You are to say, ‘His disciples came during the night and stole him away while we were asleep.’ 15 So the soldiers took the money and did as they were instructed. And this story has been widely circulated among the Jews to this very day.”

What to do?

Jeremiah 17:7-8 “Blessed is the man who trusts in ADONAI; ADONAI will be his security. 8 He will be like a tree planted near water; it spreads out its roots by the river; it does not notice when heat comes; and its foliage is luxuriant; it is not anxious in a year of drought but keeps on yielding fruit.”
