Things you will not find in Heaven - Part 10

Sometimes people struggle with loneliness.  We were not created to be alone but to connect with others.  Elohim said: “It is not good for the man to be alone.”

One of the things you will not find in heaven is

Loneliness

Many people felt lonely in the scriptures, but the scriptures tell us to draw close to Elohim.  Sometimes when we are going through a dramatic experience; most times, we feel alone.

On one occasion Joshua was feeling lonely and afraid but Elohim told Him as He is also telling you:

Joshua 1:5 “..I will not leave you or forsake you.”

He told the children of Israel, the same.

Surely, John the Baptist felt alone while he was in jail; that he sent some of his followers to ask Yeshua:

“Are you the one to come or should I look for another,” and Yeshua said:

Matthew 11:4-5 “Go and tell John what you hear and see: 5 the blind receive their sight and the lame walk, lepers are cleansed and the deaf hear, and the dead are raised up, and the poor have good news preached to them.”

John needed that encouragement from Yeshua.  He was lonely and, in his loneliness, he began to doubt; but when in doubt go to the source for comfort.

David also went to the source:

What to do?

Psalms 25:16-18 “Turn to me and be gracious to me, for I am lonely and afflicted. 17 The troubles of my heart are enlarged; bring me out of my distresses. 18 Consider my affliction and my trouble, and forgive all my sins.”
