When we are walking with Yeshua the Messiah; he gives us the strength to overcome days in which we may feel sad.

One of the things you will not find in heaven is

Sadness/Depression:

An overwhelming feeling of sadness, unworthiness, or guilt about something that is usually not true; or sometimes true but incapable of overcoming own forgiveness. And we think we can’t find forgiveness in Yeshua.

Think about Hannah, she was unable to have children and was overwhelmingly sad for not being able to provide children for her husband.  She felt like God had abandoned her.

1 Samuel 1:6 “ Her rival taunted her and made her feel bad because ADONAI had kept her from having children.” CJB verse 12 she prayed and kept her hope.

What to do?

Hannah turned to Elohim in prayer.

1 Samuel 1:20 “So it came to pass at the turn of the year that Hannah conceived and gave birth to a son. She called his name Samuel, “because I have asked Adonai for him.”

Proverbs 23:18 “For then you will have a future; what you hope for will not be cut off.”
