1 John 1:7 “But if we are walking in the light, as he is in the light, then we have fellowship with each other, and the blood of his Son Yeshua purifies us from all sin.” CJB

Yeshua said:

Matthew 19:24 “…it is easier for a camel to pass through a needle’s eye than for a rich man to enter the Kingdom of God.” CJB

By saying these words Yeshua is explaining that even a camel will obey His voice, even a camel will listen to Him.  His words reveal that we as human beings get attached to fame, money, and the things of this world which we think bring us security and comfort.  His words reveal that we have the wrong concept of riches, wealth, and eternal life. His words reveal that we by our own merit cannot save ourselves because of sin but through his grace and mercy, it is possible to be saved.

And because we can’t save ourselves the disciples asked:

“Then who can be saved,” and Yeshua responded, “Humanly, this is impossible; but with God everything is possible.”. Meaning the impossible has become possible through Yeshua the Messiah’s blood sacrifice.

The young man who asked Yeshua “what good thing should I do in order to have eternal life?” did not understand that Yeshua was talking about his heart.
